“He is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to help you with numerous needs. I had serous back pain and he has helped me resolve through his training knowledge and techniques.”

“Leah was very thorough, I hired her for an RV park self defense class and she came on time and explained everything in detail. She then showed us some techniques if someone was to attack you from the back and front and many other valuable techniques. I would highly recommend her!”

“Every class is not just a lesson in martial arts but also an opportunity to develop mindfulness, discipline, and confidence. What sets Jon apart is the way he tailored his teaching to each student’s needs, ensuring that both beginners and experienced practitioners feel supported. My wife and I have both seen tremendous improvement in our skills, and we always leave class feeling energised and motivated. If you’re looking for an Aikido instructor who is not only technically skilled but also an outstanding mentor and role model, look no further than Jon. We highly recommend his classes to anyone wanting to learn Aikido in an uplifting and enriching environment! Thank you, Jon, for your dedication and for helping both of us on this journey!”
