“Despite Victor being my first trainer, I couldn't recommend him more highly. What sets him apart isn’t just his expertise; it’s his genuine commitment to his clients’ success and well-being. From the start, Victor has been incredibly proactive. He regularly reaches out to check in on my progress and how my body is reacting to our sessions, which has kept me accountable and supported even outside our sessions. That level of personal attention is rare and deeply appreciated. Safety is clearly a top priority for him. He carefully monitors form and intensity to ensure I never push myself to the point of injury. He emphasizes sustainable progress over shortcuts, which has allowed me to grow stronger without setbacks. Most impressively, Victor truly knows his craft—both in practice and in theory. He doesn’t just tell you what to do; he explains why you’re doing each exercise, how it benefits the body, and what muscle groups are engaged. This educational approach has helped me understand my own training and stay motivated. On top of all that, he’s highly responsive over text—whether I have a form question, need a program adjustment, or want to touch base about goals. His communication was timely and thoughtful, making the entire experience seamless. If you’re looking for a trainer who combines knowledge, care, accountability, and clear communication, Victor is THE CHOICE.”
