George P. says, “He was able to replace my home's sump pump without having to take apart the box covering the pit. Another company that provided an estimate had indicated the pump could only be replaced by dismantling the box at an additional cost and with significant drywall damage. Awesome work at a fair price. I would use them again in a heartbeat.”
Jesse C. says, “I hired Zenith Home Services to fix an active shower leak dripping into my basement. Overall, the structural quality of the repair is excellent, but the scheduling and cleanup could have been handled better. From the beginning, I specifically requested a Friday start date because it was a 3-day job. I needed the shower fully functional by Monday so I could use it after work. However, they only showed up on Friday to collect my upfront payment, informing me they wouldn't actually start demolition until Saturday morning. Because of that delay—and the discovery of some bad drywall behind the wall tiles—the timeline pushed out. It is now Tuesday, and they have recommended I wait until Wednesday to use the shower to be safe. Missing my shower for the start of the workweek was a major inconvenience. That being said, their actual communication regarding the structural issues was great. When they found the compromised non-waterproof drywall behind the lower tiles, they paused and explained the issue immediately. They charged a very fair $1,200 change order to cut away the bad substrate, install proper waterproof backer board, and run a second row of wall tiles to tie the whole system together seamlessly. The extra work was absolutely necessary to stop the leak for good, and the final result looks solid and professional. They also accept credit cards with zero processing fees, which made financing the project incredibly easy.My only other complaint is that the final cleanup was lacking. After they left, there was quite a bit of dust and construction debris left behind from the demolition phase that I had to clean up myself. If you hire them, you can expect honest people, fair pricing, and top-tier technical work—just be prepared to double-check the exact day labor begins and keep a broom handy for the end of the job. Updated to 5 stars! They reached out and took responsibility for the mess. I can't fault them for that. Very reasonable company and Juan was a great point of contact. Here are some before and after photos.”
Glen Gilbert says, “Everyone at IMS was steller today. I aapreciate the receptionist, customer service woman, The tecnician, Ramiro, managment and owners. 90 plus temeratures the AC quit working. I am sure IMS jumped through hoops to get Ramiro to repair the unit quickly before noon. Ramiro showed parts of the AC and explained how it worked, identified the broken parts and installed them quickly. Great job IMS TEAM .”
Joe B. says, “Very responsive; professional; handled everything efficiently. Communicated well and often. They located a leak, replaced the water heater, and made sure my system was running smooth all in a day. Recommend them 100%”
Jake K. says, “Couldn't be happier! BlueThunder was responsive, professional, friendly and thoroughly explained everything going on with our RO system before doing any repairs. They went above and beyond :) Would absolutely reccomend!”
Dayla Quest says, “I had a great experience working with Patrick Deeb at Pure Water Services. I am very pleased with the product & installation of my whole house water purification system. I appreciated the care given when walking through my home during the installation. I highly recommend Pure Water Services if you are looking for a great whole house water purification system.”
Emilea B. says, “I was very impressed with the professionalism and punctuality. I needed a large portion of my yard tilled and graded. Tanner was awesome to work with and got the job done quickly! The price was also quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company for any landscaping needs.”
I like to evaluate the problem and take the best decision with the customer always thinking what is best for them, trying to save money and time, but doing the job with quality and making it last the longest.
