“The pro that I had install my over the stove microwave was Kaleb Kocher. He arrived on time and was friendly and professional. He evaluated the space for the new microwave to make sure it would fit. He would double check to make sure that each part of the process was done right and the replacement was perfect. He made sure the space was cleaned up as well. I was happy that it was done in a reasonable amount of time as well. I highly recommend Kaleb.”

“Troy did an outstanding job installing the crown molding and fluting on my kitchen island. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were great, and the finished results met my expectations. From start to finish, Troy was professional, and communicative. He took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed throughout the project, and made sure every detail was done with precision. It’s clear he takes great pride in his work, and it shows in the quality of the finished product. I highly recommend Troy to anyone looking for skilled, reliable, and detail-oriented craftsmanship. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again for future projects!”

“The installer( Chris ) was exceptional. He was very polite, answered our questions regards the installation, did a nice job and left the place clean when he was done. We did not know anyone that had used Closet Factory, but since it a Costco affiliated company we had confidence that they would do a good job. We are very pleased with our new closet.”
