“Hired them for gutter cleaning and micro-mesh gutter guard installation. Communication was great from the start — they gave a clear quote, honored the 10% neighbor-referral discount, and the final price matched exactly what was agreed, no surprises. The crew arrived on time (actually early) and finished the cleaning, downspout flushing, and 36 feet of guards over two visits. They even checked a loose-looking roof tile for me on a follow-up and confirmed everything was secure. Fair price, quality work, and professional throughout — I'd hire them again.”

“Titanium Roofing did a very good job with installing a new roof and gutters on my home and I would highly recommend them. Alex in particular was spectacular and one of the best contractors I've ever worked with - very responsive, professional, and genuinely listened to what I wanted and accommodated. When we ran into some bumps or I had some questions about the roof along the way, Alex was a steady hand and I knew I could trust him to solve the issue and deliver an excellent result.Alex was thoughtful in preparing the right materials for my home, vent count and placement (whereas other roofers I had consults with seemed a bit more loosey goosey there), and even once drove by just to drop off a gutter color sample for me.They did a high quality job (plywood, underlayment, roof shingles, gutter) and delivered the labor and GAF materials warranty quickly after the job was complete. You can tell they really care about doing an excellent job vs some other contractors you get the vibe they are onto the next job. I highly recommend Titanium Roofing and will be referring them to my family/friends.”

“They also notice shoddy work done by our solar installer. They gave a fair price to repair that damage and do maintenance on our roof. They sent detailed pictures of what was needed to be repaired, replaced and cleaned. When they were done they sent pictures of the completed work.”

“Alejandro did an excellent job replacing my siding. He communicated well and did a great job for a fair price. Highly recommend.”
