“What a great job they did installing my Anderson storm door. It looks beautiful. They were punctual and very professional. Also, did exactly what I asked. They stayed within their quoted price. I am very happy with their service and will definitely be requesting their help on future projects as they offer a repertoire of services for the home as was explained to me. I am very happy.”

“Coastal Roofing and Siding installed a brand new roof and replaced the siding as well. Long waits are the norm on Cape Cod, but they managed to get started within a week once we approved their estimate. After another week, the work was all done. Coastal did an excellent job, and quickly! We couldnt be happier.”

“My house looked beautiful and he took the time to discuss exactly what & how I wanted my siding done. I would hire again. Thanks again Arnaldo!!!!”

“Jorge was very professional and came in a timely matter. He was honest and fair and we will definitely be using him again!”

Activity. 1 project. 2025. People also search for I can’t say enough good things about Lema Construction. From my very first meeting with Jesus, I was impressed. Before he even left my house, he sat in his truck in my driveway and put together an estimate for me—I don’t think I’ve ever received one that quickly. From there, everything continued to exceed my expectations. Jesus assembled an incredible crew led by Luis, who was onsite each day, and truly wonderful. Their work ethic, efficiency, attention to detail, and quality of workmanship were outstanding. This was a large siding and window project, and they worked tirelessly every day until it was completed just a week later. They were also incredibly respectful, kind, and meticulous about cleaning up throughout the entire job. After a very disappointing experience with another contractor, working with Lema Construction was such a refreshing experience. It’s rare that a company truly surprises me with both the quality of their work and the people doing it, but this team absolutely did. I’m genuinely grateful for the care they put into my home. I would hire Lema Construction again without hesitation and would be confident to recommend Jesus and his team to anyone looking for a contractor they can trust.”
