“Skytop replaced my roof, sidings and repaired cracked walls and ceiling and painted the rooms after a tree fell on the house in Randolph. Skytop was fantastic to work with from start to finish. They were responsive, easy to reach, and never made me feel like I had to chase them down. Whenever I had questions, Jose would call be back and if needed, setup a zoom call or meet with me in person without hesitation. What really stood out was when my insurance company initially wanted to replace only part of the roof. Skytop went to bat for me and provided the documentation and justification needed to get the full replacement approved. The crew was clean, professional, and patient throughout the entire job. Skytop comes highly recommended. If you need a contractor who does quality work and will advocate for you through the insurance process, Skytop is the one to call. They earned a customer for life, and I have already referred them to friends and family”

“Excellent service, prompt, punctual, quick, and very responsive.”

“Matt and Nick Rinaldi run a top notch roofing and siding company. They offer excellent customer service including sending out an experienced estimator to provide a proposal within a few days of inital contact. Elliot was great and spent a lot of time at my house pointing out a few tips to help the air circulation in my attic for my ridge vent. He also took the time to confirm my soffit was vented. We discussed various options for the underlayment and decided on full ice and water as the best solution for the solar panels I will be installing. He showed me options for the ridge vent and roofing materials and offered me the best materials on the market with a 30 year warranty. I also opted for the chimney sealant package upgrade to protect my chimney. Rinaldi Roofing and Siding sent me a welcome letter email to outline what to expect during the project and how to prepare. On the day of the install, there was a field supervisor and project manager making sure everything was done to perfection. They covered the whole perimeter of my house to protect my gardens, pool and patio area and equipment, etc. The final clean-up was thorough and all the nails and debris were cleared from my patio area, driveway, gardens and lawn. They even cleaned the leaves out of my gutters. The roof looks exceptional!I would highly recommend Rinaldi Roofing and Siding for your next home improvement project.”

“They did a great job in the siding repair”

“I had a great experience working with David from Loja General Construction for some roof and flashing repair work following our last nor'easter. He was communicative right from the start, letting me know that he was running late for our first appointment (all of 15 mins). I felt like I had a clear understanding of the work he proposed and he was responsive when it came to questions and edits to the estimate before I signed. After committing, they were quick to schedule and were able to get the work done in a day. Of course, I'm waiting for the next big storm to put the repairs through their paces but, so far, everything seems to have been done well and the cost was reasonable. Would definitely recommend and think of Loja for future work.”

“Jose met with us and we discussed areas of exterior siding and trim we wanted replaced. After a work proposal and a materials saving option presented which amounted to a fair price for the work involved we signed our contract and within 2 weeks work commenced. The crew was professional, detailed in their work and kept the area clean at the end of each workday. Weather conditions turned colder than expected but the crew worked through and finished with more than satisfying results. They even went above and beyond to address some areas not originally pointed out.We were very happy with the results of the work and cant say enough about Joses timely communication, attention to work progress and overall concern that we, the customer, are happy and satisfied with the work.We would highly recommend Bright Exteriors for your needs and would use them again for any future projects.”
