“We have been very satisfied with our solar panels and SunSents customer support team. Weve only had the panels for a few months but have saved a notable amount of money on our electric bill. Our sales rep has been fantastic and she proactively reached out to us every step of the way. A section of our panels was temporarily out due to a needed software update (unbeknownst to us) but SunSent immediately came by to fix the issue the same day- we didnt even know there was an issue. I hope they continue to keep their existing staff as we have been very pleased with our experience thus far.”

“They were prompt professional very customer oriented. They made sure any of my concerns were addressed and answered in a way that I understood and felt comfortable as well as made me feel my opinion was valued. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get any future projects done and want a one-on-one experience with their contractor. No fluff no BS they didn't try to sell me things I didn't need or over engineer my build to cover unexpected or unexplained cost.”
