“I spoke with 4 or 5 companies and even though Tweedie wasn't the cheapest, it was VERY well priced, esp for the services offered. I did the inspection with Ben, and he was thorough and meticulous and also answered all of my annoying questions. Referred him already to others!”

“My basement used to have constant water seepage problems during the rainy season, causing damage and bad odor. Their team properly identified all leakage points, applied strong waterproofing layers, and ensured proper sealing. Since then, the basement has remained completely dry, even during heavy storms.”

“We also completed a radon test as part of the inspection process, which gave us additional peace of mind and confidence in our home purchase decision. Pricing was fair, communication was excellent, and the detailed report was very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and comprehensive home inspection service!”

“I’m so pleased with the work Best way completed at my home!”

“Cannot say enough good things about Groundworks. They came out, listened to what my concerns were and what my plans were for my house. Did a super thorough inspection and talked me through possibilities. At the end of the day, they were not pushing me to spend money. They actually said that the way my house is right now is OK. In the age of everybody trying to hustle, I really appreciate a company that is thoughtful about asking you to spend money and honest when you don't need to. And they are Employee owned. I really like that. If I need any work in the future, it will be Groundworks that gets my business.”

“The information was organized and well documented with easy to read explanations and photos. Everything was color coded to easily identify problems areas that we should consider addressing. Justin was easy to talk to and answered many of our questions both at the site and after we reviewed the evaluation. He also made a few suggestions that we plan to follow up on. He will be returning to read the radon test and finalize our visit. Without hesitation we would recommend Justin Birtwell at Maxim Home Inspections. We found him to be professional, thorough, and efficient. His competency and respectful demeanor make him easy to work with and guarantee that we were more than satisfied with the results.”
