“fantastic work done by a great team. they replaced a few boards in the deck that were rotting and the stair treads on the front steps with Trex. They were very efficient, gave us a fair price and it looks so much better! Also, they came to give the estimate when they said they would, and were here when they said they would be. that's rare these days. everything was cleaned up and they're going to give us another estimate on more work. very well done. they know what they're doing.”

“It was an absolute pleasure to do business with this gentleman and this company and would look forward to doing business with them again in the future thank you”

“I plan to use this company again in the future”

“It was a tricky situation, and I had three different companies come out to look at it. From the first visit, Leo stood out as the most detailed and knowledgeable by far. He walked through the space, pointed out numerous things I needed to consider, offered creative ideas, and even told me exactly what materials I would need if I chose to buy them myself. He was incredibly patient and sat with me at the computer to make sure I fully understood the requirements—whether I hired him or not. His goal was clearly to protect me from anyone trying to take advantage. That level of honesty and transparency immediately earned my trust. When the quotes came back, Leo’s pricing was significantly better than the other two companies (which were far more expensive). I decided to order the materials myself to try to save a little more, but that ended up causing multiple delivery delays. Leo was extremely patient throughout, checking in every few days without any pressure. Once everything finally arrived, he came out and completed the entire staircase installation in just one day. Leo’s attention to detail is exceptional. Given the age of the house, measurements were a real challenge. He noticed that the base of the walls we had taken down were off by about 5/16 of an inch, which meant the balusters wouldn’t appear perfectly in line from every angle. As someone who is hyper-detailed (a pain in the ass, frankly), I never would have noticed it and even after he explained it I still can’t notice it - as he is a master with measurements. His craftsmanship on the handrail, especially the incredible mitering work, is absolutely jaw-dropping. He was meticulous, suggested smart adjustments to ensure everything would pass code inspections without issues, and he knows the building code inside and out. The finished stairs exceed my expectations in every way. The quality is outstanding, and everyone who sees them comments on how beautiful the craftsmanship is. I highly recommend LR Finish Carpentry and Leo specifically. If you want quality work from someone honest, skilled, and truly professional, look no further. “I am compelled to share my absolutely outstanding experience with your company following the recent tub-to-shower conversion. From the very outset, the professionalism and dedication displayed by your entire team were truly exemplary, setting a high standard that was consistently met.Navigating a home renovation can often be challenging, but the seamless communication I experienced made all the difference. The accessibility of both the owner and the salesman was incredibly reassuring; their responsiveness to my calls and inquiries was consistently prompt and thorough, ensuring I felt completely informed and valued throughout the process. Moreover, Christina in the office played an indispensable role, skillfully managing information and logistics, which contributed significantly to a smooth and stress-free project execution. The on-site crew that carried out the conversion was nothing short of exceptional. Their meticulous attention to detail and profound respect for my home were evident from the moment they arrived. They went above and beyond to protect my property, carefully laying down protective paper on all floors and stairs, and thoughtfully draping my built-in wall units with plastic coverings. This commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly work environment extended throughout the entire duration of the project, as they diligently cleaned up as they worked, minimizing disruption.Upon the successful completion of the conversion, we conducted a comprehensive review of the work, and I can confidently state that the outcome exceeded my expectations. Every detail was perfected to my complete satisfaction. What truly impressed me was their final act of leaving my home immaculately clean, almost as if no significant renovation had occurred. For anyone contemplating a tub-to-shower conversion, or indeed any home improvement project requiring superior craftsmanship and unparalleled customer service, I wholeheartedly and unequivocally recommend your services. The peace of mind, quality of work, and professional integrity demonstrated by your team are commendable.”

“APS Construction transformed my homes entrances from something dreary to a dream. My family was away for a long weekend and I wanted to surprise them with a beautiful entrance. APS Construction, framed out a cleaner looking entrance, patched, sanded and painted the entrance, removed the old hanging light fixture and stair railing. Then replaced it with a beautiful new light fixture and custom railing. Also, a fresh new paint. The entrance now truly embraces the Long Island relaxed beach vibe. Thanks again guys. Great job! I highly recommend.”
