“Fantastic job! Would absolutely recommend and use this company again.”

“Found them on Thumbtack. They were clear communicators, came promptly, and did the work quickly and with care for our furniture. Overall we were very happy with the moving experience.”

“Renan and his crew were great. They arrived on time and got to work right away to get our stuff moved ASAP”

“They helped us with a two-day move: packing up our entire apartment at a high-rise building in San Francisco on August 26, followed by loading, moving, and unloading everything into our new home on August 27. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, efficient, careful, and incredibly hardworking. They packed everything thoughtfully and securely, and having the same team involved throughout the process gave us a lot of confidence going into moving day. The move itself was no small task. Our new place is a third-floor walk-up, and there is an additional flight of stairs inside the home. Ivan, Igor, and Max handled all of it without missing a beat. Even after a long day of loading, carrying everything up multiple flights of stairs, and unloading, they remained positive, attentive, and careful with our belongings. They started their day at 8am and ended their day at 11:30pm! What impressed us most was the combination of speed and care. At no point did we feel like they were rushing at the expense of our furniture or belongings, but they also kept things moving efficiently throughout both days. They were friendly, communicative, and genuinely pleasant to work with during what could otherwise have been a very stressful couple of days. Ivan, Igor, and Max made our move dramatically easier than we expected it to be. We would absolutely use FreeDom Movers again and would specifically request this crew if we ever move again. Five stars without hesitation. Thank you, Ivan, Igor, Max, and FreeDom Movers!”

“I appreciated how respectful the movers were toward both my family and my home.”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Neostart helped us pack and move 50 years of our family’s life from an 8,000-square-foot home in just five to six days, on incredibly short notice. It was an enormous undertaking, with elders, children, and decades of belongings—and this incredible team made it happen. Their professionalism was outstanding from start to finish. Every person was respectful, helpful, hardworking, patient, and understanding. Even under tremendous pressure, they treated our family and our belongings with care. During one of the most difficult times of our lives, their compassion and dedication meant more than I can express. The owner, David, was incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. His team showed up ready to work and stayed committed throughout the entire process. I would hire Neostart over and over again. They earned our trust and our deepest gratitude. If you need a moving company that can handle a major move with outstanding professionalism and genuine care, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, David and the entire Neostart team!”
