“5/22/2006 edit:Finally talked to project manager today and am satisfied with the resolution of the matter. Bumped to 4 stars; there were some good things and bad things on this project but overall they did a good job of making things right. But their communication needs work. Its ironic that bath solutions had following on their review request page: If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us directly. We would appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns and make things right.Thats what Ive tried to do for last two weeks, communicate. But crickets. We ordered a complete bathroom redo, with a 2-sink, QUARTZ countertop. But they ordered a single sink. We agreed to let them start work while a 2nd countertop was made. Things were mostly fine, but when job was done and payment made, we found out countertop was marble, which is harder to take care of, and not quartz.Last email I got from project manager said hed talk to owner. That was two weeks ago.The one star is for the installer, who did a great job.”

“They've handled several major projects for me, including a full basement renovation after serious water damage and flooding, repairing a bathtub pipe leak, and even rebuilding my wood-rotted front steps so they were safe again. Every time, the work has been top-notch and done with real care. What I appreciate most is how kind, responsive, and transparent they’ve always been. They walk me through what needs to be done, what I’m paying for, and what will keep my home safe and healthy long-term. It’s rare to find people who combine skill with this level of honesty and clear, kind communication. I would highly recommend Fisher Restoration to anyone who wants quality work from people you can truly trust.”

“I had a portion of our home repaired by Prestige General Contractor and couldn't be happier with the results. They were extremely responsive, showed up on time, and maintained excellent communication throughout the project. Their team was professional, experienced, and clearly knew what they were doing. The work was completed efficiently and to a very high standard, with great attention to detail. The finished repair looks great and gave me confidence that the job was done correctly. The combination of quality workmanship, reliability, and fair pricing made this an exceptional value. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable contractor who takes pride in their work. I look forward to working with them again.”
