“Mr Charles and his team were great to work with. They connected yesterday very quickly and courteously. We exchanged some information and Mr Charles was able to fit us in the next day!! Before they arrived they sent a text to let me know they were a half hour away. And when they came, they made quick work. We needed a workbench/tool chest moved from our vehicle into the house and down into the basement. They wrapped our product in furniture mats to ensure it and our walls were protected. We will definitely be looking to use this group again!!”

“I had a great experience with this moving company! The team was professional, friendly, and handled my belongings with care. The move went smoothly, and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable moving company.”

“Metro Hop Relocation in Brooklyn made my long-distance move to Orlando, FL stress-free. Steven in sales was so helpful—he explained the process clearly and made me feel confident about the timeline. The movers were right on time, carefully packed my furniture and boxes, and everything arrived in perfect shape. I especially appreciated how they checked in during transit to give me updates. For anyone needing reliable long distance movers, Metro Hop is the way to go!”

“You want to hire this company! I called this moving company desperate for help after another company left half my belongings in the house. I had to get those items moved out that same day. They responded within an hour and were actually able to help me that same afternoon!!! The communication with their front office was amazing. She was empathetic and gave me an accurate ETA and a text to let me know when they were 15 mins out. When they showed up they were ready to go and followed directions perfectly! Nothing got left behind and they went the extra mile to make sure i was satisfied. OH and their price was competitive too! The best I've seen in years! I wish I had hired this company right off the bat ! I don't usually gush over a moving company but after dealing with many in the last decade, this was like none other. Stellar company, professional movers and manager. I will never use or recommend anyone else but this company.”
