“He repaired plugs that were not working in our garden and in the house, making sure the wiring was as up to code. He installed two heaters on our patio cover and ordered two custom made covers to protect them from rain, he built a beautiful shed in our side yard for storage, making it match the house and watertight. And installed 240 electrical and a car charger in our garage. He had to run electrical all the way around the house from the panel, and he routed the pipes so they are hardly seen, yet are attractive. We highly recommend Raphael and will call on him again!”

“J&R Landscaping & Construction did a great job repairing my landscape drain. I was in a difficult position because the recent rain had caused water to back up into my house from the drain. J&R Landscaping & Construction responded immediately and bid on the job, beating out the other contractors, including my gardener's bid.”

“I've worked with Felix on a variety of painting projects for our Santa Barbara home, including interior walls, cabinets, & recently exterior garage door staining. Felix always does quality work and is thoughtful about his projects. His rates are fair.”
