Everything was done professionally and he always made sure the job was done right. It’s nice having someone reliable I can call for different projects around the house. “Pro responded quickly and was there in minutes on a Sunday. I reached out to troubleshoot a Lockly Vision Zeno deadbolt smart lock that I had installed on my door but was not easily catching/locking due to a misalignment issue. I was quoted $100. Upon arrival I learned that the price could increase if the lock was the issue. I did not expect the price to double in 20 minutes because after all it was a brand new lock, and it was not a full installation. Unfortunately, it did go up double+. Pushed my budget a bit. That said, I do value the skill put into troubleshooting these smart locks, which I clearly did not have, and the quick turnaround. My fancy lock is up and running and I am happy! I would hire this pro again for other projects as he is a handy man, but discuss firm pricing a a little more so there are no surprises. Lesson for me on these platforms.”
