First, let's talk about the craftsmanship! The attention to detail is outstanding. The flooring was installed beautifully, with precise cuts, clean transitions, and gorgeous finishes. Every room looks brighter, more elegant, and beautifully put together. What truly impressed me is that exceptional craftsmanship isn't just about how beautiful something looks from a distance. It's about the details you notice when you look closely. And MAR Flooring absolutely delivered! Now, let's talk about the customer service, because this deserves its own recognition! The owner provides truly remarkable customer service. Professional, attentive, approachable, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. It's refreshing to encounter a business owner who understands that excellent service is just as important as excellent workmanship. The crew was equally impressive! Always pleasant, respectful, and professional. Their positive attitudes and dedication made the entire experience enjoyable. “I'll definitely be using him for future projects.”

“Richey for two different projects, both of them fairly good size tile jobs for flooring. This site only allows me to choose three different items that I'm satisfied with out of the five they offer. That's disappointing because I would like to be able to choose all five they offer: work quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value and punctuality because I would rate Scott 6 Stars out of 5 Stars in every single one of those categories and no, that 6 out of 5 Star rating is NOT a typo. He did a superb job in every aspect and when it's so hard to find a trust worthy contractor these days, you certainly can trust Mr. Richey from his showing up when he says he's going to, to finishing a quality job. The final result of both projects he did for us was perfection! I would not hesitate to hire him again so would highly recommend him to anyone needing his services. He gets an A+++ rating from these very satisfied customers!”

“I had a great experience working with The Best Flooring Inc. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They helped me choose the right flooring for my space and stayed within my budget without compromising quality. The installation was completed on time, and the attention to detail really stood out. The final result looks amazing and has completely transformed the space. They kept everything clean and organized throughout the process, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend The Best Flooring Inc to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality flooring services. I would definitely use them again in the future.”
