“Excellent work repairing my floor problem. Thank you!”

“We are very happy with Eddie! We had extreme water damage done to our sub floor and our floor joist from a leaking shower floor. We could get our shower replaced until we got these serious repairs done. When repairs were done I paid him cash and I did catch it but Eddie did. I over paid him and he let me know. I sure did appreciate that. We will work with him again.”

“I purchased a home in the West Park neighborhood of Cleveland. The house and garage were condemned and scheduled to be torn down by the city. The house was a detriment to this beautiful neighborhood. Mike and his crew at MK Design Build redesigned and rebuilt the entire home. They had to replace all of the plumbing, wiring, interior walls, roof, front porch, back porch, doors, windows, and refinish the hardwood floors. MK Design Build finished this house ahead of schedule and under budget. Now this is the best looking house on the street. When the crew at MK design build refinished the house it looked and smelled brand-new. Sadly, the garage was too far gone to rebuild so Mike and his crew demolished it and hauled every piece of it away. The next project I have planned is to have MK Design Build rebuild the garage for me and we're going to turn it into a man cave! Can't wait, super job Mike. ”

“am beyond happy with the flake floor that 216 Flooring Systems installed in my basement! It completely transformed the space and turned it into an area I’m actually excited to use. From the very beginning, the team was friendly, honest, and incredibly professional. They answered all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and clearly take a lot of pride in their work. The attention to detail really stood out, and the finished floor is absolutely beautiful. It’s not often you find a company that delivers exactly what they promise, but 216 Flooring Systems exceeded my expectations. If you’re thinking about having your floors done, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I’m so glad I chose them and will definitely be calling them again to complete the other side of the basement.”
