“I purchased a home in the West Park neighborhood of Cleveland. The house and garage were condemned and scheduled to be torn down by the city. The house was a detriment to this beautiful neighborhood. Mike and his crew at MK Design Build redesigned and rebuilt the entire home. They had to replace all of the plumbing, wiring, interior walls, roof, front porch, back porch, doors, windows, and refinish the hardwood floors. MK Design Build finished this house ahead of schedule and under budget. Now this is the best looking house on the street. When the crew at MK design build refinished the house it looked and smelled brand-new. Sadly, the garage was too far gone to rebuild so Mike and his crew demolished it and hauled every piece of it away. The next project I have planned is to have MK Design Build rebuild the garage for me and we're going to turn it into a man cave! Can't wait, super job Mike. ”
