“Stan did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. He installed new tile floors, painted, installed the new vanity and lights. Everything turned out amazing, he transformed our outdated bathroom into one that looks brand new. He is always on time and very professional.”

“Working with Samat and Abdul at Trade Zi was such a great experience. They were so careful with my furniture and boxes, really hard working, and it was easy to schedule a move. As you know, moving is incredibly stressful, but Trade Zi lifted a lot of that stress by taking care of everything and fast! *10/10 would recommend!”

“Yonatan is a God send. We fired our contractor mid whole home renovation because he had the same three guys doing the plumbing, roof, tile work, and basically everything around the house and it showed. So many things failed inspection. I , not having any construction experience, had to point out things that were wrong and had to be redone. Anywho, it was like leaving an abusive relationship. The contractor told me if never find anyone to finish the job, yadiyada but we were so blessed to find Yonatan. He fixed the concrete that was half poured in one of the bathrooms, he fixed the concrete shower pans that were leveled with no angle to the drain, he fixed the drains, and he tiled the bathrooms beautifully. We are so lucky to have found him. He is very professional and hardworking. We will work with him again in the future. Oh and he left everything clean after! We got so used to cleaning up after our contractor we thought that was the norm so we were so happy to see how clean he left everything after he was done!”

“Great job done on time, under budget. Very friendly easy to work with. Would recommend for tile projects. 6 stars 🌟”
