“I’m extremely pleased with the quality of work done on our concrete floor preparation and porcelain floor tile installation. The concrete self-leveling was done properly, creating a smooth, even surface for the tile installation. The porcelain tiles were installed with great precision, clean cuts, consistent spacing, and excellent attention to detail. My wife and I especially appreciated was that the installers took the time to confirm our preferred floor pattern before proceeding, making sure the final result matched our vision. Their communication, professionalism, and willingness to ensure we were happy with the design made the entire experience even better. The finished floors look beautiful and professionally done! Everything was completed with care and skill, and the work area was left clean and tidy. We highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality concrete floor preparation and porcelain tile installation. Outstanding workmanship, great communication, and a job very well done!”

“He did an amazing job on a complicated Heath tile backsplash. 10/10”

“Solomon helped me with a bathroom remodel in the fall of 2025. We had mold in the shower floor pan and had to replace the whole shower.I really enjoyed working with Solomon for the remodel. He is very focused on customer satisfaction and support. During the design phase he made a suggestion to remove the pocket door between our sink area and the toilet/shower to create a more open feeling. This was a great suggestion. He invited me to join him at the vendors to pick out tile and fittings. He spent a couple hours helping me pick tile and fittings. He helped me find some really great options that met both style and budget constraints.Once construction started, he stayed in contact on a nearly daily basis with frequent in-person visits to check progress and to check in with me.He was also able to get the city inspections done really quickly and prevented any project delays due to inspections. In fact, there were no project delays of any kind.”

“Gabriella T at the Floor Store was absolutely wonderful to work with for our floor replacement from Vinyl-SPC flooring to laminated wood. From the moment we step in the store, she listened and understood our needs with our project. All the pricing, material leadtime were explained clearly. She followed up every step of the delivery process in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking to replace their floors to work with Gabby. Thank you for making this process efficient and painless.”
