“I bought my home when it was 20 years old, so I never saw the true beauty of the tile. Ken and Heidi completely changed that for me. Ken came to my house for an estimate. No taking photos to get an estimate. From the start, he was incredibly forthcoming about what was actually needed to restore my shower, bathroom vanity, and natural stone floor. Their meticulous work and genuine customer service are rare these days. They even took the extra steps of explaining how to care for my tile going forward so results will last. I highly recommend America Tile & Hard Surface Restoration.”

“I first hired Black Diamond Services to clean out my clothes dryer vent. Nolan arrived on time, was very professional and provided good information as to how the cleaning is performed. The cleaning was performed quickly and professionally. I was so impressed with the service that I made an appointment for him to clean the exterior windows of my house. I will use Black Diamond Services again.”
