“Dmitri was excellent to work with. He was punctual, responsive, and came fully prepared. He took the time to diagnose the underlying problem with our tile floor, which had been improperly installed, and completed the repair over two days. He clearly explained what he was doing and did a great job fixing the issue. We were very happy with the work and would absolutely use him again for other projects.”

“We could not be happier with the work Lucas did installing the tile floor in our bathroom. We had a challenging situation—the old tile was loose, the floor was uneven, and parts of the subfloor had water damage. Lucas handled everything seamlessly. He removed our vanity and toilet, repaired the damaged subfloor, completely leveled the area, installed the new tile flawlessly, and expertly reconnected the vanity and toilet. His attention to detail was top-notch—he took his time, made flawless, precise cuts, and gave great advice on selecting the perfect grout color to complete the look. Beyond his incredible skills, Lucas is a true professional. He showed up right on time, covered his work area to keep our home clean, and left the space spotless when he was finished. We are beyond pleased with the results. We highly recommend Lucas for any tile needs and will definitely be hiring him again for future projects!”

“I hired LAB as a general contractor for my townhome rental. The tenants left it an absolute disaster and I needed it all repaired before I could put it on the market for sale. My property is 1400 sq feet which he and his team painted the interior in its entirety (walls, cabinets, trim, etc), fixed holes, installed a new carpet, and handled other odd jobs within the unit. And he did it all in just a few weeks, meeting my timeline. I was not only able to get on the market in time but I also received offers within just a few days of going live. LAB’s communication is top tier…he kept me updated throughout the entire process and also answered any question I had immediately despite me being 3 hours behind his time zone. No matter what time I reached out, he was always responsive. The painting, carpentry, deep cleaning, and just his work in general is of high quality. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and competitively priced contractor.”

“he did a fantastic job! we can't wait to hire again for our next project. project was completed in a timely manner. he was so neat and clean, didn't even notice he did anything until I saw the new tile! highly recommend”

“Great guy to work with, excellent job, professional tile installer the best in business”

“EDUARDO AND HIS TEAM ARE FIRST RATE CONTRACTORS. I HAD A ZERO CLEARANCE SHOWER PUT INTO MY FIRST FLOOR SMALL BATHROOM FOR THE POTENTIAL NEED FOR A WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE SHOWER. IT IS EXACTLY AS MY SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE TALENT OF CIMAR THE TILE CRAFTSMAN! HIS WORK IS PRECISE AND PROFESDIONALLY INSTALLED. EDUARDO USED HIS TALENTS TO CREATE THE WATERPROOF BASE WHICH EXTENDS OVER THE ENTIRE FLOOR AND UP A PORTION OF THE WALLS CREATING A LEAK FREE WALLESS SHOWER! THE FLOOR IS MINIMALLY ANGLED TO DRAIN WATER INTO THE SHOWER AREA. I WANTED TO KEEP MY VINTAGE WALLPAPER SO THEY WORKED AROUND IT CAREFULLY. THESE MEN WERE EASY TO WORK WITH AND RESPECTFUL OF OUR NEEDS AND OUR HOME. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”
