“We designed it through IKEA, and reached out to ChiTown Fixers for floor tile installation. While this was initially the only service we were looking to hire ChiTown Fixers to do, they ended up helping us with every aspect of the kitchen, including demolition, plumbing, cabinet assembly and installation, lighting, and wall repair. The team is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Vlad has a wonderful attention to detail that I highly appreciated; he was always thinking several steps ahead in planning and finishing touches. When unexpected situations arose, the team was able to be flexible and fix whatever issue was happening. For example, when our countertops were too short (IKEAs fault), the team was able to do some woodworking to ensure they fit perfectly in the space. They hooked up the under cabinet lighting to a light switch rather than leaving it remote-reliant. These touches let us have a high end kitchen for a budget price. Vlad provided price estimates throughout the process so I always provided the cost, which was helpful on a budget. Not only would I recommend them to everyone, I’m going to be hiring them again to work on a backsplash! I can’t speak highly enough of them—they are truly one of the best teams out there.”

“He came work hard and clean after the job was done. Looks good. I have his number for future projects.”

“He took my small, odd tiling job and did a beautiful job. That is best case scenario!”

“I would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking to have any tile or flooring work done.”

“Very nice working with Oleg for our tile work!”

“I recently worked with Peter to demo my bathroom and install new tiles and bath fixtures. Peter was incredibly responsive, his team was in and out within a week and a half, and the work was quality. They did demo, uninstalled the toilet, did plumbing work for the new fixtures, tiled, painted, reinstalled baseboards, essentially everything we needed to finish the bathroom. During this renovation I worked with another contractor for a custom vanity and the contrast between Peter’s teams work and the other contractors work was stark. I would use Peter again in a heartbeat. There were 2 minor issues post install that he resolved quickly with no additional charge, showing he cares about the quality of his work. Do not hesitate to use him. Also, he was cheaper than other quotes I received.”
