“Chi-town fixers did an amazing job installing a new backsplash in our kitchen. They were quick, professional, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them!”

“Ihor responded promptly and thoroughly. He took my small, odd tiling job and did a beautiful job. That is best case scenario!”

“We hired this company to remodel the hallway of our 1929 house, where the walls and stairs were in need of an update. The project was quite tricky and complicated, but the team approached it with professionalism. The installation was carried out meticulously, featuring precise alignment and even grout lines, which significantly enhanced the overall aesthetic appeal of the space. We would recommend this small company to anyone looking to install tiles. They have done a bang-up job!”

“I got estimates from 5 different companies for installing Luxury Vinyl Planks before choosing EK Pro Restoration. I did quite extensive research on the material so I had a very specific look I was going for. Max was very helpful for me when I was at the store looking through the different types of material and was on the phone with me around 8pm answering all my questions which I really appreciated. Oleg was the installer and he made sure to take his time and properly measure out everything … to the point where every line in the design matched. Oleg first removed my carpet, removed the previous insulation, scraped off any residual glue and vacuumed all the debris. He also demolished the tile from the area that had tile and cleaned up the debris properly. He installed the new moisture barrier on the concrete and then measure out the vinyl where the design will match and installed”

“If you need a reliable and skilled tile installer, I highly recommend Build Modern Inc. He recently installed tiles, toilets, and sinks in my bathrooms under a tight deadline, and I am thoroughly impressed with the results. The entire process was handled professionally and with great attention to detail. He went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, transforming my space beautifully. He maintained a clean and organized workspace, was punctual, and stayed late to complete the project. His communication was excellent, keeping me informed at every step. I highly recommend him for any tile installation project and will be recommending him to others!”

“I highly recommend D&V remodeling. They have helped me with some updates for my house. And will be needing their services again for more renovations.”
