“However, once Hassan removed our old shower he discovered crooked studs, misrouted pipes and a ceiling not attached to anything except the caulking that was there before. There was also the fun surprise that one of our water pipes is attached to the hose water line instead of the main one. Hassan went above and beyond, not settling for anything except perfection. He took care of every little detail and communicated clearly with us the whole way through. We got more than we bargained for in the best way possible. We’re saving up to tile the floor and eventually redo our guest shower. We can’t wait to work with Hassan again and you should book him immediately if you have any tile project.”

“Went above and beyond by scrubbing the ceiling to get the grime off and hauling away old rugs for me.”

“Russ & Adrian were a pleasure to work with. My toilet was leaking due to shifting in the floor. Russ was thorough in his initial assessment. He was very communicative and transparent throughout the process. He discussed with Adrian, who would be doing the actual work & they assured me they could make the repairs. Russ provided me with a good number of tile options. The bathroom floor was repaired in one day…earlier than expected. With the cost of things being so high these days, they didn’t try to beat me over the head. This was worth every penny. I would highly recommend Flooring Coverings International.”

“In my lifetime I have required the services of a tile installer. I expect high quality and expect to pay for it. Never, ever have worked with anyone as highly skilled and easier to work with. Rich is above and beyond. Wish I knew him earlier.”

“On time did a beautiful job installing my mosaic tile , I love it. I would recommend him to anyone thank you.”
