“Dmitri was excellent to work with. He was punctual, responsive, and came fully prepared. He took the time to diagnose the underlying problem with our tile floor, which had been improperly installed, and completed the repair over two days. He clearly explained what he was doing and did a great job fixing the issue. We were very happy with the work and would absolutely use him again for other projects.”

“Demo’d and reinstalled a marble tile floor with electric heating underneith. Very detail-oriented and respectful of the space, ensuring everything was clean before leaving for the day. Very communicative about potential issues and provided creative options to fix. Finished on schedule.”

“Mohammad and his team significantly extended a pre-existing steel roof deck and relocated a roof access door. Mohammad was a pleasure to work with - reliable, responsive and pleasant. His team worked hard and really went the extra mile to make sure everything was done on time, within budget and to a high standard. The team required very little supervision or intervention from me and were clean and tidy in their work, leaving the roof in good condition everyday. I would not hesitate in recommending Shaara Contracting or hiring them again.”

“Juárez Flooring did an amazing job laying the tile in our kitchen and dining room! The floors look beautiful, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Thank you for the excellent work—highly recommend!”

“Alba showed up on time. He was a total professional and cleaned up after the job. The work was so well done that we can not see where the broken tile was. However, he did not furnish us with a receipt.”

“Gerver Contracting did an outstanding job transforming our backyard with beautiful masonry and paver work. The craftsmanship and overall quality exceeded our expectations. The team was professional, hardworking and clearly took pride in doing the job correctly. They created a beautifully designed patio with Cambridge pavers and our walkway that completely changed the appearance and usefulness of our outdoor space. Everything was carefully measured, laid out, and installed, and the finished result looks excellent. They also provided great value for the amount and quality of work completed.”
