“Luis and his team were excellent. They did a great job with our new vinyl plank fitting install in our RV. They showed up before our appointment time and worked all day. The install was done professionally and with care. They were very attentive to detail and informed us on decisions points throughout the install. I HIGHLY recommend L&R for your flooring needs. Great company; great service. A+!”

“I recently hired D3 Services for a bathroom renovation in my 1924 home, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. David and his brother Jacob were fantastic to work with from start to finish. I found them through a recommendation, and they absolutely lived up to it. They showed up on time every single day, were extremely responsive to any messages, and kept me updated on every detail and challenge throughout the project. Their communication and professionalism were top-notch. The tile work they did is absolutely incredible—meticulous, flawless, and exactly what we were hoping for. Every detail is perfect, and it’s clear they take immense pride in their craft. They also handled the waterproofing, floor support repairs, and built a new wall in the bathroom. I handled the demolition and drywall, but they took care of all the heavy lifting with expertise and care. Even after the project was completed, they generously came back to switch out a fixture that was my mistake—not theirs. That kind of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. Working with them was a very, very positive experience from start to finish. I would 100% use D3 Services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for skilled, dependable, and detail-oriented contractors.”

“Contractor Review – September 2025 I recently hired Oleg in September 2025 to complete a variety of repair and improvement projects at my home, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The work included painting my garage and awnings, concrete repair on my stairs and porch, installing flooring in my showers, and some interior painting. Oleg also took care of several smaller projects such as fixing a screen door, replacing outlets, installing a new lighting fixture, and repairing a bedroom closet door. The quality of the work was excellent. Oleg was knowledgeable across all of the different types of projects I needed completed and even offered helpful suggestions along the way. He used quality materials and took the time to ensure everything was done correctly. What really impressed me was that he managed to complete all of this work in just two days. Communication throughout the project was solid. From my experience, coordinating with contractors often requires flexibility, but whenever I reached out with questions or for updates, Oleg always responded in a timely manner—usually within 24 hours or sooner. He and his team were professional, respectful, and clear about their arrival times and work hours, which they consistently followed. Another highlight was how well he stayed within budget. We had a low-pressure conversation about costs up front, and he honored the free estimate provided without any surprise charges. Despite the number of small projects I asked him to handle, he completed everything within the agreed budget. On top of that, Oleg went above and beyond by handling the shopping for materials himself, which was a huge time-saver for me. Overall, I would strongly recommend Oleg to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy contractor. In contrast to some past experiences I’ve had, he was professional, transparent about pricing, and committed to doing quality work. I felt reassured throughout the process, and I’m very satisfied with the results.”
