I was to vacuum it in 4 days and add a carpet odor eliminator. I had additional questions for Phil throughout the following week which he promptly answered, including sending a picture of the correct odor eliminator to use (even though he was sick in bed with the flu!). I followed his instructions in the upstairs closet and it turned out great! I was able to get my security deposit back. It wasn't perfect, but I don't think that's possible without replacing the carpets after the type of damage that was done. Phil took on a tough situation with grace and was kind, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend his services and will use him again in the future.
