“I recently had Tim and his crew replace a window and install a new sliding glass door at my home, and I’m so glad I went with them. The installation itself looked great from the start, although a day later I noticed a leak on top of the sliding glass door during a heavy rain. I called Tim right away and he was incredibly responsive; he came out the very next day, and fixed it on the spot. He also added the interior trim pieces that had been missing and made everything look perfect at a minimal cost. That kind of follow-up and ownership is rare these days.
