“They came out to replace my toilet shutoff valve, and while removing the old toilet it accidentally cracked. Instead of making it my problem, they immediately took responsibility, apologized, and went to Home Depot to purchase and install a brand new one. They kept me informed throughout the process, were friendly, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was working before they left. Accidents happen, but it's how a company handles them that matters. I would definitely use them again, much appreciated.”

“Torch did a great job installing our tankless hot water tank. They were very responsive, showed up on time, finished the same day. They came on a very hot day, were working in the garage and the heat didn’t slow them down. Good work. Passed inspection. I was glad they set the inspection up too. I recommend them.”

“They will be installing new one next week. So I had to leave room for improvement. At this point they really should have a 5 star rating!Day 2 : they came back with four technicians and very professionally installed our whole system in one day! So the rating went to five stars!”
