“From my very first interaction with the company to the completion of our flooring project, the entire experience was outstanding. One of the things that immediately stood out to me was the exceptional communication. Danilo and Kaio were incredibly responsive, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. Every text message, question, or concern was addressed promptly, and I never felt like I was left wondering what was happening with our project. That level of communication and customer service is something I truly appreciate, and it made the entire experience so much easier. The installation crew Paulo, Kevin, Miguel, and Xuxa, was equally impressive. All four gentlemen were respectful, courteous, hardworking, and professional while working in our home. They treated our home with care and demonstrated a level of respect that is not always easy to find when hiring contractors. We had Durato US flooring installed, and the finished product looks absolutely beautiful! However, what impressed me the MOST was their attention to detail and the way they left our home when the project was finished. They did not simply complete the installation, pack up their tools, and leave. They took the time to thoroughly clean everything up, make sure I was completely satisfied with the workmanship, and personally ensure that I was happy with both the finished floors AND the cleanliness of my home. Before leaving, they made a point to ask whether I had any questions, concerns, or anything else I wanted addressed. That extra effort spoke volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. There was one minor hiccup involving a member of the crew during the project, but what impressed me was how quickly and professionally the situation was handled. Rather than making excuses or dismissing the concern, management addressed it immediately and appropriately. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, accountability, and willingness to make things right. In my opinion, how a company handles an unexpected issue says just as much about its integrity as the quality of its work, and VP Full Remodeling absolutely exceeded my expectations in that regard. It is refreshing to work with a company that genuinely values its customers, takes pride in its workmanship, communicates consistently, and pays attention to the smallest details. I would absolutely recommend VP Full Remodeling to anyone considering a flooring installation or remodeling project. From the owners to the installation crew, their professionalism, responsiveness, respect for our home, and dedication to making sure we were completely satisfied truly set them apart. Thank you, Danilo, Kaio, Paulo, Kevin, Miguel, and Xuxa, for a wonderful experience and beautiful new floors! You have certainly earned my five-star review!”

“We are happy to refer this company to our friends and neighbors.”

“Vlad is extremely professional and the quality of work is unmatched! I would highly recommend!”

“We received quotes from two larger flooring companies before choosing Simply Honest Flooring. Matthews quote was nearly $2,000 less than the others, and the quality and service exceeded our expectations. The entire process was professional from start to finish, and our new LVP floors look incredible! We highly recommend Simply Honest Flooring!”
