“Danilo was the first person I came in contact with from the company. He was very patient while I decided which flooring I wanted to put in my home! His team worked very hard and they were all very nice. They did a wonderful job! I would say as well that they went the extra mile with a couple of details I asked about. Straightforward with the pricing, which is what I really appreciated. No surprise costs during or after the project. Thank you guys again for doing a wonderful job and I look forward to working with you again on future home projects!”

“Aces for this company on all. Definitely highly recommend.”

“They were one of the only companies willing to take on a smaller LVP repair job, which we really appreciated. Communication was prompt from the start, and they were able to come out quickly to get the work done. They worked hard, were professional and kind, and overall did a really good job. A few planks lifted shortly after the repair, but they came back as soon as they could and fixed everything at no additional cost, which says a lot about their integrity and commitment to their work. We’re very grateful and would definitely recommend them for flooring repairs.”

“Could not be happier with our new tile and baseboards that Danillo installed in our new home! He did an excellent job and kept us informed every step of the way, there were no surprises from the estimate through completion which was right on schedule so we could move into our new home before Christmas! Words cannot express how thrilled we are at his level of professionalism, communication, guidance and quality of work. He went above and beyond and we will definitely be asking Danillo to work on any project we have in the future. Highly recommend!!!”

“Bottom Zupp is a company you can rely on 100% to get the job done well, at an affordable price, and professionally.”

“Nadav is absolutely outstanding to work with, and I had the best experience from start to finish. His communication is incredibly quick, clear, and helpful. We just bought our first home and were figuring out what flooring would be best for our home and budget. Nadav went above and beyond by helping me get product estimates and walking me through multiple options so I could choose what worked best for my space and budget. I was surprised how quickly he was able to start on our project, and he was flexible when I had to push the install due to painting. Nadav is extremely professional, detailed, and all business in the best way. In addition to installing LVP in our entire home (including subfloor prep), he and his team fixed squeaky subfloors, reinstalled baseboards, and disposed of our old carpet. The install itself was impressively fast and flawless. I would absolutely never choose anyone else for flooring!”
