“Preston was the second to call, but the first to show up on site, provide a written quote and offer dates of service same week. It was no pressure, it felt like he understood the urgency while others were relishing in being “busy” due to so many needs in the area. It was a no brainer to go with this company. I agreed to the quote on a Tuesday afternoon and the team showed up next day promptly in the morning earlier than promised to prep and began the job on time. Throughout the process he communicated well and educated me on the tree and its probability of surviving another storm. I’m a satisfied client.”
