“We had great experience with this company trimming our trees.”

“We hired them to remove a large tree from our backyard and trim a tree in our front yard, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the initial estimate to the completion of the job, the owner demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for both his customers and the surrounding community. One thing that really stood out was that before starting work, he personally introduced himself to our neighbors and explained what the crew would be doing. I never asked him to do that—it was simply his way of being courteous and proactive. During the job, one neighbor expressed concern about wood chips blowing into their yard. The owner remained calm, respectful, and professional. He immediately addressed the concern and made sure everything was cleaned up without any confrontation. That level of customer service and professionalism is hard to find. The crew worked safely, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. They took pride in their work, left the property clean, and delivered exactly what they promised. It’s clear that quality workmanship and customer satisfaction are top priorities for this company. If you’re looking for a tree service that is honest, respectful, skilled, and truly professional, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend New Creation Tree Service. They earned my trust, and I will absolutely use them again for any future tree work.”

“Had a dead/rotted tree that needed trimming. Easy to work with, professional, reasonable prices. They arrived on time and knew exactly what required tree permits vs not. They were able to do the work quickly and without any damage elsewhere. Fully cleaned up. Great guys and will definitely hire again if needed”

“Nelson took the time to mow it evenly, trimmed all edges, and made sure the clippings were fully cleaned up. The pricing was fair for the amount of work needed, and the results were excellent. I appreciate the professionalism and will continue using them for bi-weekly mowing.”

“They trimmed 2 trees thoroughly and with care. Cleaned up was complete without issue.”

“In addition, they provided services related to trimming, tree removal, stone work, flowerbed, and aeration and seed/grading. I was very impressed by their work quality. Their team was very professional and responsive. I would definitely recommend this company to others who are in need of landscape work.”
