“We hired them to remove a large tree from our backyard and trim a tree in our front yard, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the initial estimate to the completion of the job, the owner demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for both his customers and the surrounding community. One thing that really stood out was that before starting work, he personally introduced himself to our neighbors and explained what the crew would be doing. I never asked him to do that—it was simply his way of being courteous and proactive. During the job, one neighbor expressed concern about wood chips blowing into their yard. The owner remained calm, respectful, and professional. He immediately addressed the concern and made sure everything was cleaned up without any confrontation. That level of customer service and professionalism is hard to find. The crew worked safely, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. They took pride in their work, left the property clean, and delivered exactly what they promised. It’s clear that quality workmanship and customer satisfaction are top priorities for this company. If you’re looking for a tree service that is honest, respectful, skilled, and truly professional, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend New Creation Tree Service. They earned my trust, and I will absolutely use them again for any future tree work.”

“of a large 15 foot arborvitae tree and its replacement with a 4 foot tall dragon lady holly tree. What initially sold me on using Pro Landscape was the professionalism displayed by David the owner and his companies proposals to include cost edstimates which were much more detailed and easily understood than other contractors I met with. Further, when speaking with other members of his staff they were professional and friendly each time I interacted with them. I will definitely use ProLandscape again when the need arises.”

“The team was very quick and efficient, removed all the tree and debris and cleaned up the backyard. Great to work with and it was all done at a very fair price.”
