“I wasn’t home when they arrived and there were some communication issues initially about what service I requested (offered tree services a few times after I specifically stated my needs and sent photos of the areas that needed work done), but overall I’m satisfied with the quality of work. Unfortunately, all the weeds were disposed of in my city trash bin and not a yard waste bin. Because I wasn’t there when the job was completed I didn’t specify where to dispose of the weeds so I can accept responsibility for that, but now I’ve got the unpleasant job of pulling all the weeds and dirt out of my bin so that it can be used for actual garbage. Despite the couple of hiccups I would hire again and just try to be onsite to be extra clear on communication.”
