“I found Bryan on Thumbtack looking for a painter. What I found was a motivated, hard working individual that bonded with my every need. I had a large house that my tenants had completely trashed. I needed help renovating and Bryan not only helped me but basically took over my project. He managed every step of the way from hiring helpers to clean the outside property and prep for painting. He basically gave me the freedom to go on with my life. We completely gutted my house and he put it back together! New complete kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Drywall, lighting, plumbing, and anything else showed to be no problem for Bryan. I received daily updates with photos and timesheets for all workers. He is very organized and keeped me informed at all stages of the project. When help was needed, I would pop in for the day. Trustworthy and confident. I now consider Bryan a friend and will be calling him for all repairs of my other rental. Mark D.”
