“Jeremy absolutely crushed it last night. We’ve hired bartenders before who didn’t quite strike the balance of professional, fun, and skilled at making drinks - with Jeremy we had all of the above and more. He was so friendly to everyone coming up to the bar, and we loved having him so much we extended him for 2 extra hours! I can confidently say that if you’re looking for a bartender who’s quite the personality, enthusiastic and also knows exactly how to appeal to guests and go with the flow, Jeremy is the guy for you!!”

“We used North Shore Mixology for my daughter's graduation party. Donovan was quick to answer all my questions throughout the entire process and was great with assisting with the alcohol list. On the day is the event, the bartender came with all the necessary supplies and created such a professional vibe. My guests thought we were so fancy! He created the most delicious summer cocktail- a watermelon cucumber cooler- that everyone raved about. Having North Shore Mixology at my event gave me back a huge chunk of time to spend with my guests as opposed to mixing drinks. Already thinking of another event I could use them- they were THAT good!”

“We had the pleasure of having Evgeniy as our bartender for a birthday party, and he absolutely exceeded all expectations! The cocktails were not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Evgeniy brought energy and flair to the event, turning every drink into a show—our guests were entertained and impressed throughout the night. His talent and charisma made the evening truly special. We’re already looking forward to hosting another party just so we can invite him back and enjoy his amazing creations again!”

“Service was so professional and timely that we did not even realize the waitstaff was down a member. I would highly recommend using Copa for any event, and would certainly hire them again in the future!”

“Professionals that know how to mix. I arranged with Lydia and was assigned Katherine as the bartender. I have them custom complex drinks and they made it perfectly and showed up early to do test run all of those. Very positive impressions on the guests. Apart from these I also liked that the process is not too rigid and structured as I had done the same party one year ago and had to fill up many more forms and take many more calls. Will repeat.”

“If youre looking for bartenders who bring great energy and serve amazing drinks, I highly recommend On the Rocks and Road! Cindy & Jackie are fantasticsuper friendly, professional, and they make the best cocktails. They truly elevate any event and make it so much fun. Highly recommend!”
