“Hiring Ivan was one of the best experiences Ive had working with a contractor. He did thorough, high-quality work and asked clarifying questions. He kept me apprised of his progress, sending me pictures daily, which I greatly appreciated.I also appreciated his detailed estimate, which provided line-item detail. Other contractors Ive worked with have simply given one overall project cost (with no breakdown by task), which is helpful when youre trying to budget for a large project and understand exactly how an estimate was derived. In addition to various handyman-type jobs, Ivan did a full bathroom renovation for me.Im already preparing a mental list of jobs I want Ivan to do in the future, and I wont hesitate reaching out to him I just hope hes not too busy (due all his great reviews!) to take on the work!”

“We had a pretty decent size renovation job for John; stripping popcorn ceilings and reapplying a new textured ceiling with a knock down. In addition all of the rooms in our condo had to be resurfaced because they had been wallpapered. The removal of the wall paper caused quite a bit of damage and the walls hadn't really been prepped well in the first. John re surfaced all of the walls and they looked like new. Perfect corners and the wall surfaces looked perfect and straight. I would highly recommend John for any drywall project, he will not disappoint.”
