“We first asked him to do the drywall to fill a large hole in the ceiling and wall left by a non load bearing wall we had removed. It turned out great! You could not tell where the wall was at. We were so impressed we then had him do the drywall in the backsplash area of our kitchen. Then he dry walled our remodeled bathroom, as well as our office. You will not be disappointed when you hire Joel to do your drywall work.”

“After research of deck contractors, I chose Green Hill Remodeling to fix the deck. They did what they said they were going to do, on time and excellent quality work. I recommend them. - Mike R.”

“They do amazing quality work, are efficient and punctual. Our neighbors and parents are using them not from how impressed they were with the work we got done. Go with these guys!”

“They worked closely with other contractor to ensure the gate mechanism works perfectly. They are responsive and courteous. In addition, the price was the best of the 3 bids I received and the work was done quickly. Definitely recommend.”

“I hired Cohen Homes as the general contractor for a variety of projects in my home. My goal was to complete an unfinished renovation and modernize the space before renting it out. The project included painting the walls and ceilings, patching holes, replacing and installing railings, installing a backsplash, adding shelving, replacing mirrors and light fixtures, and installing new flooring. Literally an insane amount of here's and there's because I tried to do some of it myself and realized I was in over my head.I worked with Raz, who walked through the home with me and provided thoughtful recommendations. I really appreciated his input because I'm not an interior designer and wasn't sure what finishes or upgrades would provide the best value. He even advised against some ideas that would have been overkill for my project. One thing that really stood out was that Raz wasn't trying to upsell mehe was focused on building trust and making sure I spent my money wisely.Based on that experience, I decided to move forward with Cohen Company. Throughout the project, Raz was regularly on-site and kept me updated with frequent texts and photos of the progress. Whenever a question came up or they encountered an issue, he always reached out to discuss my options instead of making assumptions or surprising me with additional charges later.During the renovation, they discovered a leak from the toilets. We initially shut off the water to see if it was a temporary issue, but after the new floors were installed, the leak returned. At that point, I decided to have the toilets replaced as well. Throughout the entire process, Raz's communication remained excellent. At no point did I feel out of the loop or uncertain about what was happening in my home, and I always felt that the project was in good hands. At the end of the project, Raz walked through everything with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I was very happy with the quality, attention to detail, and overall professionalism. It's clear that customer relationships matter to him, and it shows in the way he manages a project.I would absolutely use Cohen Homes again for future projects and would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, communicative, and honest general contractor.”

“We had our popcorn ceilings removed, retextured, and repainted along with a good majority of our indoor walls painted. The pricing was very reasonable, and they finished everything on time even with cooler and rainy weather.”
