“He helped assemble a new table, wall-mounted our a shelf beautifully, fixed and caulked the kitchen sink, and even removed an extra shelf from the wall with great care. What really stood out was his patience and professionalism throughout the entire process. I had a last-minute request to fix a door, and he was more than happy to take care of it without any hesitation. On top of everything, he cleaned up thoroughly and even took away all the scrap materials and extra cardboard boxes, which was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend his services—reliable, skilled, and very accommodating!”

“Great experience with dry wall repairs after HVAC and electrical work. DJ has been great thru the process (communication, site visit, pricing) and Anthony's done great work and been a delight when working in our home. They were also very kind to accommodate a challenge due to unexpected issues on our end. Great experience overall!”

“My stair railing had almost unfastened and was a safety hazard as well as very broken. Oleksii fixed it in a very fast amount of time and was able to 100% secure it. I’m so happy with his work, quality and precision. He was professional and fast and problem solving abilities… he was able to fix it with very little lumbar purchased, and it’s more secure than when I moved into this home. Highly recommend as he is also skilled in many home improvement areas of interest.”

“They designed and built a Trex composite deck that wraps around my home, featuring a custom privacy wall, Trex decking, cable railing, and a waterproofing rain escape system that creates a dry, usable area under the deck. The craftsmanship and professionalism were outstanding. Every detail of the composite decking installation was handled with care, from design to final build. My new backyard deck has completely transformed my outdoor living space, making it perfect for relaxing and entertaining year-round. If you’re searching for reliable Seattle deck builders who specialize in Trex composite decks, privacy walls, cable railing, waterproof deck systems, and outdoor living space design, I highly recommend NW Expert Builders. David and his crew delivered a project that is both functional and beautiful, adding lasting value to my home.”

“Certain aspects like corners of walls needed more work than were estimated. He also suggested things I hadn't thought about which was nice. He was comfortable to talk to and set out a plan. I met Sergiu another time & we furthered solidified the plan for the project moving forward. I could see that they were giving me a better value for the cost, in contrast to the other contractors I met with.Work started and things progressed in the right amount of time, not too fast and not too slow. Oleg was one of the workers I met. He and his workmate started reconstructing things. They did a pretty good job building things back. I didn't see any corners being cut and materials were of good quality. Translation helped when things needed clarification, and a few other things got smoother, as we got accustomed to each other. I felt he was doing work that he would be proud of, for the most part. I saw the house taking shape and it felt really good. He stayed many days working longer, as needed, until the job got done. He was willing to alter things, so they worked, they way I needed them to. I felt he was an honest person & I had no apprehension at him working in my home at all.The house was finished in a good time frame. Any fixes that were needed, were easily completed. Payment went smoothly and that was great. If plans changed for the day, they let me know in good time. The materials used were appropriate for the budget we had, and Bogdan endeavored to add things that made everything more complete. He also frequently came by to see how things were going. Communication was easy, with NBE responding quickly and willing to discuss any changes that were needed. Sergiu was willing to explain things well in email and that helped the project move along with no problems. NBE was able to implement good solutions to problems that came up in the house. I had suggested a solution to a heating problem, that other contractors said couldn't be done, but NBE made it happen. I felt that Bogdan & Sergiu were invested in the project, as much as I was. They had pride in their work and wanted things done right. They saved me from continuing to live in a hollowed out home, that I spent most of a year+ in. I would recommend them to anyone that wants the job done well. I'm more than happy with the way things turned out. If I could get the refresh button on my wallet to stop sticking, I'm sure I'd be on to the next project with them already.”

“Highly recommend - by far the best contractors we’ve ever used.”
