“He helped assemble a new table, wall-mounted our a shelf beautifully, fixed and caulked the kitchen sink, and even removed an extra shelf from the wall with great care. What really stood out was his patience and professionalism throughout the entire process. I had a last-minute request to fix a door, and he was more than happy to take care of it without any hesitation. On top of everything, he cleaned up thoroughly and even took away all the scrap materials and extra cardboard boxes, which was incredibly helpful. Highly recommend his services—reliable, skilled, and very accommodating!”

“Online and his crew did an amazing job on our fence! We had a lot of angles and a rock wall to deal with.it turned out beautiful.”

“Certain aspects like corners of walls needed more work than were estimated. He also suggested things I hadn't thought about which was nice. He was comfortable to talk to and set out a plan. I met Sergiu another time & we furthered solidified the plan for the project moving forward. I could see that they were giving me a better value for the cost, in contrast to the other contractors I met with.Work started and things progressed in the right amount of time, not too fast and not too slow. Oleg was one of the workers I met. He and his workmate started reconstructing things. They did a pretty good job building things back. I didn't see any corners being cut and materials were of good quality. Translation helped when things needed clarification, and a few other things got smoother, as we got accustomed to each other. I felt he was doing work that he would be proud of, for the most part. I saw the house taking shape and it felt really good. He stayed many days working longer, as needed, until the job got done. He was willing to alter things, so they worked, they way I needed them to. I felt he was an honest person & I had no apprehension at him working in my home at all.The house was finished in a good time frame. Any fixes that were needed, were easily completed. Payment went smoothly and that was great. If plans changed for the day, they let me know in good time. The materials used were appropriate for the budget we had, and Bogdan endeavored to add things that made everything more complete. He also frequently came by to see how things were going. Communication was easy, with NBE responding quickly and willing to discuss any changes that were needed. Sergiu was willing to explain things well in email and that helped the project move along with no problems. NBE was able to implement good solutions to problems that came up in the house. I had suggested a solution to a heating problem, that other contractors said couldn't be done, but NBE made it happen. I felt that Bogdan & Sergiu were invested in the project, as much as I was. They had pride in their work and wanted things done right. They saved me from continuing to live in a hollowed out home, that I spent most of a year+ in. I would recommend them to anyone that wants the job done well. I'm more than happy with the way things turned out. If I could get the refresh button on my wallet to stop sticking, I'm sure I'd be on to the next project with them already.”

“They did fantastic job, left the unit in much better shape. Took care of cleaning which was not part of their contract.”

“Highly recommend - by far the best contractors we’ve ever used.”

Besides free. lol. Jk.White Saber was highly recommended from a trusted friend. I have had so many negative experiences in the past with OTHER contractors. I was still skeptical about how things would go. Working with White Saber has been SO EASY! Im very particular about things and have high expectations. I am so relieved to report that I am a very happy customer! When Aleksy asked me what I think of my new shower I told him I am SUPER HAPPY!!! He smiled and replied, Good! I aim for SUPER HAPPY! LolAleksy and has been patient and great at communicating timelines and making sure we are on the same page about the plans along the way. There are NO language barriers he has a slight accent, but every word is absolutely clear. Communication is easy with them. Aleksy usually answers when I call or text and if he cant he follows up soon after. For sure by the same day, usually sooner. He even has good sense of humor once you get to know him.Aleksy and his White Saber team have been respectful of my house, my family (including my dogs), and have been respectful of my time. None of the guys in my house smoke or chew tobacco or have any other habits that are gross like other contractors I have had. I asked that we get the demo and tile done efficiently so I could get back to doing laundry in that room. They hustled and delivered!Lastly and most importantly I am obsessed with my new bathrooms! The quality of work and how it all came together so beautifully leaves me full of gratitude. The results speak for themselves. Everything is level, grout lines consistent, caulking is tidy, the pattern of tiles the way they were put together is beautiful. The master shower is my favorite! It looks better than literally every other shower I saw featured online using the same exact tile. I took pictures every step of the way (I have trust issues with contractors from the past.) Everything has been to the correct standard of current practice. Also, the quality of tools he uses and the materials are all high quality. That matters to me too. When a contractor comes in a rickety vehicle with some seriously old tools its not a good reflection on how business is going. In summary I have other projects/updates in other rooms I want to do in the coming years. I will be calling White Saber and recommending them to my friends just as my friend recommended them to me :)I posted the two before pictures of the flooring for reference at the end of the photo reel.”
