“Offered free advice without even asking. Very responsive and willing to help out in any way.”

“He didn’t talk down at me like a lot of contractors do but was very professional. Would definitely hire him again. Very excited about the work done! Looking forward to seeing the system in action next winter and spring”

“Carl and Chris came in right away and started the mitigation and cleaned and dried the area out over the next few days. They worked with us and insurance to make sure the claim was covered correctly. Then had their restoration team come in and complete the repairs to our expectations in a very quick and efficient manner. They did a great job and are very responsive when needing to communicate. Would not hesitate to use them if needed again.”

“Extremely professional, very quick response, and caring. They communicate every step very clearly and have an incredible work ethic and dedication to getting the job done right. They even helped talk to my insurance which I am so thankful for! If you have a water damage emergency in the Twin Cities, definitely call Calm Waters Restoration.”

“However, once it had arrived, the crew was here the next day and had it installed. I’m going to love our new dry basement.”

“David and his team performed amazing work at my house. They cleaned up nicely and showed up when they said they would. Keiarra and David made sure to take care of me, which made the ordeal easier.”
