“Brian was on time and willing to install my new water heater on a Saturday. Took him only an hour! Crazy! We were back in action so fast. Amazing, going to refer him to my neighbors.”

“All the specific factors, down to the duct work connections, were laid out openly and objectively for us to consider for a combo system installed at different times that was already years past its expected lifespan. The initial visit became a wait-and-see approach (We did speak with and research two other local companies during that initial consultation). When the heater/main fan unit finally reached end of life 6 months later, we just called Doke’s to go over all the options again. We discussed the pros and cons with Steve who let us decide what was right with all available information. Don’t hold back on questions. We decided to replace the heater/fan unit with some economic filter additions and keep the existing AC components which needed deep cleaning. Two days later it was done, and done well. We’ll call them again when the AC needs updating.”

“Installed a propane line and electrical box setup for a plug in generator. It worked great this last winter!!”

“Todd explained the underlying problems (with my water heater caused by a pressure valve failure) and how they proposed to fix each issue. I knew exactly how much the services would cost—before the work started! I highly recommend using Bragg Home Serves for your next job!!”

“Esteban was really amazing and professional getting everything installed. He was super knowledgeable about everything, even about the toilet disposal process of the broken toilet. We will definitely be using Zaragoza again.”

“Oscar uncovered the real reason for my frequent toilet clogs and was able to fix it as he installed my beautiful new toilet. I was very pleased with the job and he is back today to re-pipe my house (galvanized to copper).”
