“They installed a new water heater and installed a bidet in the master bathroom. The water heater went in without a hitch and Dwight even gave a basic and helpful overview of the unit operation. With the bidet, we needed a part replacement and Dwight ordered the part and made extra trips out to troubleshoot and make sure that the project was completed and I was satisfied. Professional. Exceptional. I recommend Dwight highly.”

“Ricky and his team came a few days later to install the units. Everything went smoothly during installation. Ricky and his team worked very hard and were very respectful and polite. They were very efficient and considerate the entire time they were working and it was done in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the project when it was complete. Joe came out to the house after the installation and did the inspection of everything installed. He was very polite and answered our questions. We had a great experience working with Franklin. The work was excellent and the price fit our budget and needs. We would highly recommend Franklin to others considering a new heating/cooling unit .”

“The company responded and arrived quickly. They were able to take a look and remedy what was wrong same day.”
