“Ashley Brown came to our house last week to perform maintenance on our tankless hot water heater. She was friendly and professional. She seemed to be very thorough and explained what she was doing. The heater is a costly fixture and we feel that Ashley took the time to handle the maintenance of it seriously. Thanks Ashley!”

“Two other plumbers I called both told me I needed a brand new hot water heater but Joshua told me I just needed it fixed. It's rare to find honest business people and I was so surprised but pleased to see it still exists. I just got the work done today but so far I don't have any complaints.”

“They installed a tankless condensing water heater in my house, replacing a traditional water heater that was 13 years old. They responded quickly to an adjustment issue that came up and handled it well! I would use them again.”

“I have never heard of Tim Ferguson Plumbing Air & Electric until I read the great reviews! I had an issue with my garbage disposal, and made a call. Within an hour, Charlie was here to take a look at what was going on. Charlie was very kind, knowledgeable, and honest with what needed to be done. In less than an hour the issue was resolved and I have a working disposal. Thank you Charlie! Would I recommend Tim Ferguson Plumbing? Yes, in a heartbeat!”
