“Optimal Plumbing did a great job with the setup and installation of my new water softener.Miltos Shtrepi demonstrated exceptional knowledgeable and attention to detailed throughout his work. His thoroughness and precision truly set him apart. I am extremely pleased with the service he provided as he made the experience feel personal and valued rather than transactional.I would highly recommend both Miltos Shtrepi and Tyler Wenzel for consultation. From the beginning, I felt heard, and respected, it was clear that they genuinely care about their client. Tyler Wenzel, whom I initially met with was professional, personable, and highly accommodating to my circumstances. He also matched a competitors pricing while offering additional features for the project, which I greatly appreciate.”

“I had a plumber come out and give me a $695 estimate to auger my clogged sewer line indoors and $6000 to clean out the sewer line from the house to the street. I went to Angis and they recommended Subterranean plumbing. They were polite and came within the agreed upon time frame. They scoped the leading up to toilet upstairs and found a blockage. They gave me a reasonable price and he went to work. He explained potential problems in the future with such old pipes. Michael was an excellent worker and I am so pleased to now have working toilets and now I can use my newly installed shower.”

“The man who did the installation was excellent! A very thorough job. He worked through rain and lightening!”
