“I would highly recommend Dell from Groundworks to anyone looking for an honest and incredibly thorough assessment of their home. Dell spent over two hours at my house, and the level of detail he provided was unmatched.Instead of just telling me what was wrong, he took extensive videos and photos of my crawl space to actually show me the issues. He took the time to explain the solutions clearly using that footage, which made me feel much more confident in the process. I really appreciated that he provided a fair price estimate for the full job on the spot without any guesswork. Dell is what I would describe as the gold standard for home inspectionsprofessional, educational, and completely transparent!”

“We hired Foundation Pro for a problem we were having at our house. When we moved in, anytime there was a really big rain, we would get standing water under our house. Brent and his team came in and set up a system to flush this water out. Now after any rain, that area is completely dry and we don't have to worry anymore about issues being caused from the water. I would hire them for any foundation work that you may have!”
