Joyce Taber says, “I have a brand new house still in the final stages of construction with serious wall cracking over several areas of the house. Ed Macdonald arrived and spent a great deal of time researching and documenting serious structural issues explaining what is happening. All making perfect sense and illustrating in photos inferior and substandard building practices. At this point that may not sound unusual. So far this just sounds like a company doing a good job. Mr. Macdonald realized this project has been so far over budget for me and instead of just stopping there, he is willing to and has educated my builder on the best way to make this house sound and forego his own profits. How many companies do that? How many people do that? His ethics and concern for people drive him. Not the bottom dollar! For that reason I will do absolutely everything I can to be an advertisement for him and his company for years to come. Anyone who has structural integrity issues can rest assured you are in great hands. Mr. Macdonald has a fan who will spread the word far and wide.”
