“We had a great experience working with EM Energy for our insulation upgrade. Our home was in serious need of improved insulation, and from the very beginning, their team was thorough and professional. They spent a couple of hours doing a detailed assessment and helped us understand exactly what needed attention. During the inspection, we also discovered standing water in our crawl space — something we weren’t even aware of. They quickly addressed the issue by installing a new sump pump and making sure the space was properly taken care of. In addition to resolving the water issue, they upgraded the insulation in both our crawl space and attic. Along the way, they provided thoughtful recommendations without any pressure, which we really appreciated. After the assessment, they were able to schedule and complete the work the very next week, which made the whole process smooth and efficient. Overall, we’re very happy with the quality of their work and their professionalism. I would highly recommend EM Energy for any HVAC or insulation needs, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again if we decide to upgrade our HVAC system in the future.”
